Case Study OC Fair & Event Center

When the OC Fair & Event Center chose Johnson Gray Advertising (JGA) to help them market summer fun at the fair, we dove right in. After all, summer is about unplugging, relaxing and being a kid again ­– all of which, a record-breaking number of attendees experienced during this year’s OC Fair’s 23-day run.

To promote the fair, JGA strategically delivered a data-driven, results-focused marketing strategy that included TV, radio, out-of-home, search marketing, social media, programmatic and native display, and print. We created multimedia campaigns full of humor, engaging themes, concise copy and arresting graphics. All the components that keep brands relevant and marketing campaigns unique, interesting and attention-grabbing.

This effort drove fair attendance to a record 1.46 million visitors, an increase of 10 percent over 2017’s numbers.
